Tony Roberts' poetry takes one for a quiet meandering through the thick forest of life and the human soul, pointing out the setting sun and the faded stars through the dark foliage, and occasionally stopping still along the way to listen to the mournful cry of a lone raven... distant, and yet so close.
Tony has spent the greater part of his working life in the field of child and adolescent mental health. His other interests include classical music, reading, photography, Unitarianism and Buddhism. His favourite poets are Jalaluddin Rumi and A E Housman. Now retired, Tony lives in Northamptonshire.
