The last remaining residents of Moorland Chalet Park are about to lose their homes to the sea. Twenty-year-old Lizzie Juniper can't understand why they choose to stay in such a dangerous place. However, in the unseasonably sunny run-up to Bonfire Night, she makes some startling discoveries. It seems her entanglement with the local 'lord of the manor' is not the only secret lurking in Moorland Castle-the Booth family's ancestral home.
