Two of Florida's veteran law-enforcers, Assistant State Attorney Ellie Riordan and Miami homicide detective Manny Alvarez (who featured in the critically acclaimed Retribution) are aiming to lock up Gerard Lunders, a reckless playboy who allegedly murdered a beautiful University student. A routine case soon takes a bizarre turn and Manny is faced with the impossible choice: release one vicious murderer to catch many more, or leave him in jail and be responsible for the future deaths of countless others?
