This novel is set in the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes (Girona), -one of the oldest in Europe- inhabited in the twelfth century by a community of Benedictine abbot whose properties will have to defend before the count of Empries and the Vicomte de Peralada. In the same community, Blai, an orphan and servant of the monastery, has to face the ghosts of the past to be free. Meanwhile, a master sculptor known as the Master of Cabestany, must lead, before the Jubilee, a colossal work that will mark the history of the monastery whose monks kept a secret that threatens the authority of the Church.
