El mito trágico de "El Ángelus" de Millet (Esenciales, Band 2)

    Description

Three elements make "El mito tragico de El angelus de Millet a unique work: the description of the famous paranoid-critical method created by Salvador Dali, the analysis of the tragic myth involving the death of a son and a castrating woman in art, and the confirmation of the hypothesis that behind Millet, the pastoral painter of innocent images, hid an erotic artist who would have caused great scandal among his contemporaries. This brilliant text by Dali was published in France in 1963 by the editor Jean-Jacques Pauvert. In 1978, the first Spanish edition, done by Tusquets, was supervised by Dali himself, who also added new graphic documents and comments.
