Astadala Yogamala Volume-1

This book is the collection of my articles, speeches, talks, interviews, question-answer sessions and teachings written and delivered at different times and on different occasions. These "Collected Works" comprise several volumes. This first volume contains my biographical works, the definitionof yoga and the expositionof Patanlala Yoga. The whole work is inspired of Patanjali's words of wisdom woven through the eight petals (a$!SiJga) of yoga, namely, yama, niyama, ssena prSoSySma, pratyShSra, dhSrao8, dhysne and semsdhi Theyare synthesised and presented in such a mannerto ignite interest in the readers and inspirethem to take to the practical aspect of yoga.
