Contest

The New York State Library is the scene for a contest. A contest that happens once every thousand years. Seven different species of creature - including Dr Stephen Swain, the poor sod chosen to represent the human race - will be locked in the library, with all exits barred. There can be only one winner - for the others, death is the only way out of the contest. Swain, along with his daughter Holly, are thrust headfirst into the action, and readers are dragged right along with them.
