Handbuch Trainingskompetenz: Multiplikatorenkonzept für die betriebliche Weiterbildung (DGFP PraxisEdition)

Immer mehr Wissen wird in Unternehmen von Mitarbeitern für Kollegen aufbereitet und direkt weitergegeben. Diese Multiplikatorenkonzepte sind branchenübergreifend weit verbreitet. Das Handbuch zeigt, wie man diese internen Trainings kompetent konzipiert und durchführt.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist die externe Weiterbildung, die Auswahl und Beurteilung von Trainern und Trainings. Grundlage des Bandes ist die Ausbildung "Train the Trainer", die die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V. (DGFP) seit 10 Jahren für Fach- und Führungskräfte sowie Trainer und Dozenten anbietet. Im Praxisteil des Handbuchs präsentieren Absolventinnen und Absolventen des "Train the Trainer"-Programms Projekte aus dem Unternehmensalltag, die sie mit ihren erworbenen Kompetenzen erfolgreich umsetzen konnten. Das letzte Kapitel stellt Instrumente für die Trainingspraxis vor, die ziel- und transferorientierte Lernprozesse unterstützen.

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V. (DGFP, German Association for Human resource management), has offered specialists and middle managers, trainers and educators the course "Train the trainer" for 10 years; and this course is the basis for this publication. In the practical part of the handbook graduates of the "Train the trainer" programme present company projects, which they could realise successfully with their acquired competences. The final chapter presents tolls for the training practice, which support target and transfer-orientated learning processes.
