This book compares the impact of the European Convention on Human Rights on the domestic law and politics of eighteen States: Ireland-UK; France-Germany, Italy-Spain, Belgium-Netherlands, Norway-Sweden, Greece-Turkey, Russia-Ukraine, Poland-Slovakia, and Austria-Switzerland.
